  Introduction

Definition of committee's job:-

Commission of schemes is one of shooting out (Proceeding) ventures from Baghdad Board services (attendances) or civil service board that cares by supervision, control, direction (follow-up) upon jobs under takings office in Amanat Baghdad.Enclosed are missions of Panel and its duty and structure.

Committee's Missions:-

1.Supervision(management, follow-up) jobs about Projects office in Baghdad Municipality where as to acquaint with, brief about, report to and bring to some one's notice regarding Baghdad Board Attendances and know(about)it.

2.Superintendence and follow-through jobs and knowing level identical, in agreement , in line about it for technical specifications as it should be or as required .

3.Well, fittingly and appropriately it stands to reason that administration and follow-through is the best policy from projects office.

It goes without saying that discovers the points of weakness in it respecting its zone.

4.Follow-through the problems regarding Asphalt factories and way of putting an end to, smoothing away or out blocks.
  
5.Performance about situations of  public (money , possessions , wealth, riches) as concerns wasting or to be spent uselessly to take or adopt measures or steps, in other words legal procedures (proceedings ) against neglectful and delinquent .

6.As required stands by administrative jobs that as it should be the committee works according to connection (course ,succession ) respecting administrative in Baghdad panel attendances like:-

A:-Follow-through execution respecting enter  prises that estimate it by Baghdad Municipality.

B:-Presentation of studies concerning new projects as attendance for Baghdad quarters and development i

C:-Working to take in consideration as regards new solution for Baghdad Zones public and damage for quarters and show it by beautiful expression and cultural

Commission's jobs :-

1-At stands to reason that current working ,session or work meetings by one gathering (turn out) every week at least.                                                                                          

2-Calling  some of then like managers of departments and general manager for projects office in relation to as it should be for committee jobs.                                             

3-Accomplishment (execution ) by continuous filed visits for situation of working sessions as required .                 

4-Prepared situation about accomplishment works concerning entail referring to Amanat Baghdad with projects office by lift it via report to Baghdad .                  

5-To whom it may concern, must then taking  in, receiving ,obtaining  complaints, protest ,claim ,respecting citizenry as citizen ship above all with reference to under takings division as required.
