3-Nomintation on the part of Agriculture ministry, additionally,     associate member (active member ) for Iraqi productive              company seeds at 1/1/2004 A.D.

4-Selection by council company administrative main manger Iraqi                company for product of seeds .

5-Choesing member for council Baghdad province (first board selected).

6-Choice chief of committee services respecting Amanat Baghdad .

7-selecting chief of board Baghdad services by follow-through and               observation upon works Baghdad municipality .

 8-choosing with one accord, on the part of Baghdad governorate council Baghdad mayor.

9-Approved by council of ministers (cabinet ) at 28/9/2005 A.D up on my     appointment Baghdad mayor .

10-currently, I appointed position of Baghdad mayor.
